General conditions
Reservations
• for services : 15% of total amount 15 days prior arrival.
• for tours : 40% of total amount 21 days prior arrival (including reservations of hotels, restaurants, shows and tour guides).
Cancellations
• for services : 15% of total amount for cancellations less than 24hrs.
• for tours : 40% of total amount for cancellations less than 7 days.
• Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
• Animals (dogs or cats of 10 pounds/5 kg maximum) should travel in an appropriate basket ).
The transporter is liable for any accident or injuries occured to the travellers, from the moment of boarding the vehicle to the moment of leaving it unless the passenger is causing the damage or injury himself.
The transporter is not responsible for any items which are forgotten on board.
The transporter cannot be responsible for any inconvenience generated by delays of airlines, trains or ships and others and also because of the forecast and car traffic.
Way of payments
We accept Visa Cards and Traveller cheques in any currency but Euro (bank expenses).
